We use Australia Post for all of our shipping.
We now post to all International destinations.
Postage is calculated on the gross weight of your order. Our Checkout system automatically links into the Australia Post
DRC system (Delivery Rate Calculator). The DRC estimates delivery charges and times for parcels dispatched via the Australia
Post network, so that the customer receives an accurate postage rate, along with an estimated delivery time.
Note: Items are measured on their Cubic Weight, which takes into account large bulky parcels that may not be
very heavy, but never the less they take up valuable space when being shipped, and are thus charged by Australia Post at a
higher rate.
Your Postage costs can be calculated in your Shopping Basket. Once you have added items to your Shopping Basket you can then
see the postage options available to you. Then when you proceed through checkout you will be able to select your preferred method of
postage and then Continue through to the payment section. Your order isn't placed until you continue through the complete Checkout
process and then click the Confirm Order button at the end.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Just-twins will dispatch orders within 24 hours of being received, or for orders received on non-business days, they will be
dispatched the next business day providing all items are in stock.
If there are any delays due to stocking reasons Just-twins will notify you and give you the option of changing or cancelling
your order.
Please allow 3-5 days for most Australia Post deliveries. Note that the Estimated Delivery Time shown at Checkout
is pretty much a worst case scenario estimate by Australia Post, and apart from peak holiday periods, parcels usually arrive
much sooner than this.
For overnight deliveries Express Post is available to most major cities within Australia. Australia Post guarantee next
day delivery to most areas. The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas and covers the cost of postage only.
If you do have an urgent delivery then please let us know as we may be able to expedite your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Just-twins wants you to be completely satisfied with your order!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days from the
shipment date for a 100% full refund or exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value EXCEPT for those with personalized
names. Due to the nature of personalized garments and items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All returned products
must be in their original unused condition and be returned with the original invoice. Returns are sent at the buyers expense.
Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) are shipped.
